    • Meeting to the Cantina del Castello di Uviglie a Rosignano Monferrato<\/b>\u00a0where the excursion will start with time to be agreed.<\/li>\n
    • You will participate in the\u00a0search of these precious underground mushrooms<\/b>\u00a0among meadows, hazel groves and woods. It will be exciting to follow the\u00a0dog and his handler<\/b>\u00a0engaged in this superb activity.<\/li>\n
    • Depending on the season, it may be possible to appreciate the products of this wonderful landscape such as\u00a0hazelnuts and grapes<\/b>\u00a0that the hills of Monferrato have to offer.<\/li>\n
    • After about two hours, you will return to the Oreste Buzio cellar where the organic wines of the company are produced in the surrounding\u00a0UNESCO heritage territory since 2014.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • You will visit the wine production cellar exploring the suggestive modern art installations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • OPTIONAL STOP visit to the Cantone Stone Quarries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The truffles extracted<\/b>\u00a0from the trifulau during the excursion\u00a0are not included in the price.<\/b> These can be purchased subsequently based on the current quotation.<\/p>\n

      We accept orders of fresh truffles by\u00a0reservation. These can be collected on site.<\/p>\n

        We believe that truffle should not be deprived of its cultural value<\/strong>, therefore we promote dissemination activities<\/strong> useful for sharing this collective cultural heritage<\/strong> with future generations so that it can be preserved and handed down.<\/p>\n

        The didactic activity<\/strong> is aimed at first and second grade primary school children and takes place in two parts<\/p>\n

        1\u00b0 part<\/strong>: in the classroom with the support of digital device to illustrate the activity ,with the participation (if permitte ) of our sweet dog.<\/p>\n

        2\u00b0 part<\/strong>: excursion to the Monferrato area with a visit to a historic winery whit explanation of wine production and observation of the \u201cInfernot\u201d. Truffle monting in natural truffle grounds with extensive naturalist explanation, picnic along the rows of Barbera o Grignolino<\/p>\n
